Social wellbeing services

We offer a range of social inclusion and wellbeing opportunities for women in a women-only space (10am -4pm on weekdays) to alleviate cultural and social isolation amongst ethnic minorities in particular.

Women can access information and advice whilst participating in a range of educational, cultural and recreational facilities. In doing so, they are able to enjoy learning, gain new experiences, build friendships and gain peer support.

Fun, Food and Laughter Club.

Tuesdays between 11am to 2pm
This is an open group, so feel free to walk in and enjoy carefree moments, share your thoughts and ideas, read or tell stories and poetry followed by lunch cooked by volunteers in our community kitchen. Takeaways can be ordered a week in advance
